About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Planning Analyst to join our Network Planning and Strategy team. This role will analyze current and future demand, evaluate capacity and skill coverage, identify gaps, and translate business needs into actionable staffing requirements. We seek someone passionate about mental healthcare and eager to contribute to our mission of making therapy accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Develop forecasts for new and existing volume, incorporating historical performance, business inputs, growth expectations, and emerging trends.
  • Identify and communicate trends that may impact future demand, capacity, or resource needs.
  • Generate staffing and capacity requirements by line of business, market, skill set, or other relevant business segment.
  • Compare forecasted and actual results to identify variances and continuously improve planning assumptions.
  • Conduct capacity-to-volume and gap analyses to identify areas of excess capacity, constraints, and emerging needs.
  • Complete ad hoc capacity and skill-set reviews based on changing business needs and leadership requests.
  • Develop what-if scenarios to evaluate changes in volume, staffing, productivity, skill mix, or other business assumptions.
  • Identify areas where additional capacity or targeted skill growth may be needed and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Generate and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using Looker and Google Sheets.
  • Build analytical models and reporting tools that improve visibility into volume, capacity, staffing requirements, and operational performance.
  • Monitor real-time queue performance, identify emerging service or capacity risks, and recommend or coordinate remediation actions to restore performance.
  • Investigate performance trends and variances to identify underlying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, data visibility, and analytical tools.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
  • Partner with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, business analytics, operations analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, and analytical modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience with forecasting, capacity planning, staffing requirements, or demand analysis.
  • Experience conducting gap analysis and developing scenarios or what-if models.
  • Strong experience generating operational reports and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate trends and business questions.
  • Experience creating presentations and communicating analytical findings to business and leadership audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage both recurring deliverables and ad hoc analytical requests in a fast-paced environment.
