  • Identify areas for improvement and create detailed roadmaps for refreshing digital products, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational objectives.
  • Gather requirements, facilitate client discussions, and conduct content reviews to drive programmatic improvements.
  • Leverage expertise in SEO, GEO, AEO, and user experience to inform strategy and recommendations.
  • Support user testing efforts, using insights to validate proposed changes and enhance the user journey.
  • Collaborate with interaction and service designers, providing guidance on content strategy and supporting visual and structural updates.
  • Ensure content adheres to accessibility standards, inclusive language practices, and compliance-driven constraints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a content strategist or content marketer.
  • 5+ years of experience crafting content for digital products or services in consulting, in-house, or agency environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on creating topical authority.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO (site structure, schema markup) combined with knowledge of how AI models retrieve information.
  • Proven track record reducing confusion, form errors, and abandonment through structured microcopy, guidance patterns, and progressive disclosure.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience partnering closely with product, legal, compliance, and engineering to ensure content accuracy and implementation integrity.
  • Ability to communicate design intent and tradeoffs clearly to diverse stakeholders, including non-design audiences.
  • Provide a writing sample.
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
  • Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture Federal Services or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
  • Job candidates will not be obligated to disclose sealed or expunged records of conviction or arrest as part of the hiring process.
  • The Company will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. Additionally, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the Company's legal duty to furnish information.
