About the Role
Build and evolve shared services and components that other teams depend on. Design APIs, tools, and design system components that other engineers want to use, and support teams as they adopt them. Improve the speed, safety, and reliability of software development, testing, and shipping. Treat internal engineers as customers by gathering feedback, measuring adoption, and iterating.
Responsibilities
- Ship features end to end, from planning through production.
- Partner directly with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to shape team roadmaps.
- Own a feature area or system's long-term health, including reliability and performance.
- Review code and mentor other developers.
- Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices.
- Take on-call rotation as part of the role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
- Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development.
- A track record of writing maintainable, testable code.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort making progress on a problem before the spec is fully settled.
- Day-to-day use of AI tools in development workflow.
