About the Role
The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. This role involves taking ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seeking help when needed, and guiding others. Key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members and Shift Managers complete assigned duties, managing inventory, financial accountability, and serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner. The role also ensures the restaurant is a safe environment for employees and customers.

Requirements
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand during 80% of shift time
- Background checks are run on all management employees
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
