About the Role

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Strategic Account Sales Division, focusing on new business development and account management within Japan's top enterprise companies in the financial, media, distribution, and retail service industries. You will provide comprehensive solutions to customer challenges, build trust as a technical advisor, and propose optimal solutions by understanding and integrating our broad product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Present technical benefits of our security products to existing and prospective customers.
Provide compelling product demonstrations.
Offer solutions to technical questions.
Provide consulting and best practice guidance, including high-level design support for implementation and platform migration for key user accounts.
Support customer Proof of Concept (PoC) validation design and execution.
Provide technical advisory and lead the resolution process for customer challenges.

Requirements

Must have Pre-Sales SE experience.
Must have experience in pre-sales proposal activities (customer analysis, issue identification, solution proposal).
Deep understanding and experience with customer network environments and security measures, or deep knowledge and application of related technologies.
Network design experience (LAN/WAN, routing protocols like BGP, OSPF).
Security solution experience (cybersecurity, internal security, cloud security).
Logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Japanese language proficiency (fluent or native level, JLPT N1 level).
English language proficiency (reading and writing level).
