  • Support forecasting, reporting, and other business operations processes to maintain visibility into performance and pipeline.
  • Stay current on methodological advancements in real-world evidence, oncology guidelines, and ongoing clinical trials to ensure alignment of Tempus solutions with market expectations.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of diverse real-world data sources (claims, EHR, registry), their advantages/limitations, and how they are used in retrospective observational research and clinical development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting, or partnership experience in life sciences, real-world evidence, HEOR, medical affairs, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate on or position data-driven solutions, RWE offerings, or analytics-based services to Pharma and biotech partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, building long-term client relationships, and managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with oncology research, oncology clinical trials, and use of RWE in evidence generation.

  • Understanding of RWE endpoints, oncology disease landscapes, and retrospective study methodologies.
  • Experience working with hematologic malignancy datasets or disease-specific outcomes.
  • Ability to present scientific or technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
