About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in developing our retail business and contributing to economic success. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, serving as the primary customer contact, and leading and developing your team. This role offers the opportunity to build a cohesive team and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Taking on varied tasks in daily operations and contributing significantly to the economic success of the location.
- Ensuring all relevant company policies, procedures, and legal regulations are adhered to and implemented.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with vehicle-related questions or other concerns.
- Building, leading, coaching, and promoting the development of your team.
Requirements
- Completed business administration or trade specialist qualification, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
- Previous experience in managing operational units and personnel responsibility, or experience as a deputy store manager with leadership skills.
- Strong communication and goal-oriented work ethic.
- Enjoyment in advising customers and fulfilling their needs while maintaining a tidy and clean station.
- Desire to build a closely collaborating team and foster a 'chosen family' atmosphere.
