About the Role
Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations for Microsoft products. Maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through training, certifications, and self-development to make customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated by providing relevant and memorable solutions.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
- 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
