About the Role
The Manager, Value Creation Advisory leads day-to-day execution of value creation engagements, supporting clients in identifying and realizing value across transactions. The role manages teams, structures analyses, and delivers insights that support deal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manages value creation engagements across pre-close diligence and post-close execution.
- Structures analytical approaches for synergy, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Leads client working sessions and supports value realization planning.
- Oversees development of value creation deliverables and analytical models.
- Collaborates with deal, diligence, and functional advisory teams.
- Manages engagement execution, timelines, and team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6–11 years of experience.
- Experience serving private equity clients.
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
- RSM does not intend to hire entry level candidates who will require sponsorship now OR in the future (i.e. F-1 visa holders).
- Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- $112,100 - $225,500
