About the Role
Lambda is seeking an individual to own and improve employee-facing content, ensuring accuracy, discoverability, and a consistent tone. This hybrid role combines technical writing and program management to bring order to scattered information and enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies.
- Write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos.
- Set consistent tone, voice, and format across content.
- Organize content for easy employee access.
- Address and fix content and process issues.
- Track content usage and feedback to assess effectiveness.
- Coordinate with HR and Talent on shared content initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in writing, content, or program coordination.
- Strong, clear, creative writing and editing skills.
- Comfort building style guides and content standards.
- A sharp eye for outdated or hard-to-find content.
- Comfort tracking metrics such as page views, clicks, comments, and reactions.
