Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact analyses informing critical decisions across pipeline health, conversion, capacity planning, segmentation, incentive design, and headcount investment.
  • Build financial and operating models to evaluate trade-offs and quantify the impact of GTM decisions.
  • Own territory and account coverage design, quota setting, and the mechanics that make both defensible to reps and leadership.
  • Design and run core business cadences that create accountability, including weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and QBRs.
  • Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure for leadership visibility into performance, productivity, and pipeline generation.
  • Establish metrics to distinguish top performers, diagnose underperformance root causes, and scale successful strategies.

  • Project-manage cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Engineering & Product, Finance, Recruiting, and Operations.
  • Find novel ways to use Factory droids to automate reporting, analysis, and deal support.
  • Address immediate problems while building long-term infrastructure, and present clear, structured recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure analyses quickly and defend numbers.
  • Demonstrated ownership, taking initiative and driving problems to completion.
  • Bias for action, delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
  • Strong judgment and ability to identify and prioritize high-impact problems.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change, turning undefined problems into clear plans.
  • Process and operational thinking, with the ability to standardize and document solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility across different levels.
  • Practical instinct for using AI to increase leverage, while understanding its limitations.
  • Advanced Excel or Sheets proficiency.
