About the Role
We are looking for a Founding Product Engineer who can take ambiguous problems and turn them into products people actually use. This role will have outsized influence on our product direction, technical foundations, engineering culture, and how the team grows. We also want engineers who are highly AI native and already use coding agents and AI tools to materially change how they work.
Responsibilities
- Own products and features end to end, from problem definition through launch.
- Build across the stack, including APIs, backend systems, integrations, dashboards, and internal tools.
- Work directly with customers, partners, and the founding team.
- Help define product direction and technical architecture.
- Use AI and automation to prototype, build, and iterate faster.
- Help establish the engineering practices and culture future teammates will inherit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong product instinct and technical judgment.
- Comfortable working across different parts of the stack.
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
- Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Already using AI meaningfully in your development workflow.
