About the Role
The Industrial Tire Sales & Service Supervisor is responsible for growing industrial tire sales while overseeing the daily operation of the tire department within an assigned territory. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and combines business development, customer relationship management, and service operations leadership to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
- Quote, sell, and support industrial tire products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Coordinate daily service operations, including scheduling, work orders, inventory, purchasing, and invoicing.
- Supervise technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor department performance, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Sales, service supervision, or leadership experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in industrial tires, commercial tires, construction/OTR tires, or related industries preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- We do not require Canadian work experience for this role.
