About the Role
FamilySearch International, the largest genealogy organization in the world, is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to assist with audience management, marketing asset creation, and technical integrations. This role reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and involves working with systems like Braze, Snowflake, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Assist with campaign execution as directed by campaign managers and stakeholders.
- Create marketing assets, including audience segmentation and email builds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues, including technical problems with assets like emails and landing pages.
- Support the QA team in resolving asset-related issues.
- Communicate project and issue updates to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with a marketing team and understanding the end-to-end process of building an integrated marketing campaign.
