About the Role
Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist II to support Masimo products and maintain customer relationships. This advanced-level role is part of the Clinical Sales Team and works remotely to cover Manhattan/Bronx, NY. The position focuses on identifying solutions to optimize care, consulting on workflow efficiencies, expanding Masimo solutions, and managing customer partnerships to meet sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Consults with healthcare partners and clinicians to identify solutions that deliver optimal care at a lower cost through automating patient management.
- Works with Masimo Account Manager to develop and execute a strategy to support customer's strategic initiatives.
- Consults on workflow solutions to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
- Uncovers opportunities to expand Masimo solutions.
- Works with account manager to meet territory sales objectives.
- Develops and maintains an on-going partnership with Masimo customers to meet or exceed their expectations, with a primary focus in large hospitals or health systems.
- Prioritizes and plans independently, as well as with sales and CS team members, to meet company goals and attain customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Provides advanced troubleshooting and product support.
- Performs the Project Management Role, Lead Clinical Specialist Role, or Clinical Specialist Resource Role for on-site implementations, evaluations, and additional projects.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
- At least 2 years’ critical care or related clinical experience.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.
- Ability to travel extensively (minimum 50% overnight travel).
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
