About the Role
Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist II to support Masimo products and maintain customer relationships. This advanced-level role is part of the Clinical Sales Team and works remotely to cover Long Island, NY, partnering with internal and external customers to provide innovative solutions that improve patient care.
Responsibilities
- Consults with healthcare partners and clinicians to identify solutions that optimize care and reduce costs by automating patient management.
- Collaborates with Masimo Account Manager to develop and execute strategies supporting customer initiatives.
- Consults on workflow solutions to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
- Identifies opportunities to expand Masimo solutions.
- Works with account manager to meet territory sales objectives.
- Develops and maintains customer partnerships to meet or exceed expectations, focusing on large hospitals or health systems.
- Prioritizes and plans independently and with team members to meet company goals and customer satisfaction.
- Provides advanced troubleshooting and product support.
- Performs Project Management, Lead Clinical Specialist, or Clinical Specialist Resource roles for implementations, evaluations, and projects.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
- At least 2 years’ critical care or related clinical experience.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.
- Ability to travel extensively (minimum 50% overnight travel).
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

- $85,000 - $120,000/year
- Variable compensation of up to $20,000, based on achievement of 100% of annual sales objective.
