About the Role
We are seeking a warm, customer-focused experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our busy 8-chair practice in Penrith. You will be part of a close-knit team providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- General reception duties, including processing payments and managing appointments.
- Willingness to learn sterilisation and reprocessing of reusable medical devices, with training provided.
Requirements
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist, or as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and reception, is essential.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience managing patient appointments.
- A willingness to learn sterilisation and infection control protocols.
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards.
- Weekend availability is essential.
