About the Role
Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Masimo Products and maintain customer relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders. This role is crucial for educating customers, training users, and driving market penetration of Masimo's innovative monitoring technologies.
Responsibilities
- Educate Masimo customers on products and solutions.
- Train new and potential users, demonstrating an ability to transfer knowledge.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge, including product demonstrations and competitive positioning.
- Train existing partner sales force and provide inservices to end-users.
- Utilize PowerPoint presentation skills to communicate Masimo’s vision and value proposition.
- Organize and run customer evaluations/deployments alongside the Account Manager.
- Partner with regional team efforts to advance sales and market penetration.
Requirements
- Nurse diploma. Other disciplines considered based on experience and expertise.
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct critical care, NICU, PICU, or emergency medical experience.
- Prior sales/clinical support experience required.
- Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations.
- Interest or experience in Digital Health or Healthcare IT systems used within hospitals.
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, with overnight stays as required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
