About the Role
Odin is seeking a builder to automate decades-old financial services processes using AI and LLMs. This product role focuses on improving operational efficiency by rebuilding or eliminating existing processes, ultimately reducing the cost per deal and increasing the number of deals closed.
Responsibilities
- Triage operational problems before they reach product and engineering.
- Scope operational problems for engineering or build solutions directly.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Automate workflows by learning and rebuilding processes.
- Build solutions without engineering involvement where possible.
- Lead the core deal operations team, directing their time and rebuilding work around them.
- Delete unnecessary processes and reject requests that do not scale or are not profitable.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build real solutions with AI without a budget or engineers.
- Experience building solutions in Claude Code or similar environments.
- Founder or product management experience, typically four or more years.
- Track record of finishing projects.
- Systems thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to accept inherited conventions, industry standards, or third-party constraints.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks end-to-end.
- Comfort with financial mechanics and strong mental arithmetic.
- Experience with financial calculations such as carry, allocations, fee calculations, and distributions.
