With a €57 million investment, Seyna aims to improve the insurance sector by modernizing the design and management of insurance programs.
Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the team you are equipping and practice their job to understand their processes, regulatory constraints, and daily challenges.
- Conduct user research (interviews, observation, process analysis), identify high-impact problems, and manage your backlog based on expected business value.
- Translate needs into concise specifications and documented architectural decisions.
- Develop, test, and deploy your solutions with a high level of production quality (code review, testing, monitoring, documentation).
- Utilize code agents (Claude Code...) for velocity and integrate AI directly into the tools you build.
- Define success criteria with the business, measure tool adoption and impact, and iterate quickly based on data and user feedback.
- Reuse existing Seyna platform components, escalate items for industrialization, and share AI-augmented build methods to improve the organization's overall skill level.
Requirements
- Proficiency in full-stack development with TypeScript (React, Node.js) on AWS and GitHub.
- Deliver production-quality code.
- Demonstrate strong engineering rigor: thoughtful architecture, testing, code review, monitoring, and documentation.
- Be AI-native: comfortable with code agents and integrating AI into useful products.
- Ability to conduct discovery: interview, observe, and clearly articulate the problem before coding.
- Learn quickly and enjoy diving into unfamiliar industries.
- Be impact-oriented: measure deliverables and use data for decision-making.
- Enjoy solving complex problems and effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical profiles without hierarchical authority.
- Experience writing specifications and arbitrating a backlog in a Product Manager role is a plus.
