About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in developing our retail business and contributing to economic success. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, serving as the primary customer contact, and leading and developing your team.
Responsibilities
- Take on varied tasks in daily business and contribute significantly to the economic success of the location.
- Ensure all relevant company policies, procedures, and legal regulations are adhered to and implemented.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with vehicle-related questions or other concerns.
- Build, lead, coach, and foster the development of your team.
- Develop your team and make them your "chosen family".
Requirements
- Completed business administration or trade specialist qualification, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
- Experience in managing operational units and personnel responsibility, or experience as a deputy store manager with leadership competence.
- Communicative, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Enjoy advising customers and fulfilling their wishes while maintaining a tidy and clean station.
- Willingness to build a closely collaborating team.
