Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire services, and alignments.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Ford, Lincoln, and multi-brand vehicles.
- Utilize factory diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle faults.
- Complete digital vehicle inspections to accurately document and communicate needed repairs.
- Learn from senior master technicians and actively participate in ongoing training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal work bay.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive experience.
- Possess a strong work ethic, a passion for Ford and Lincoln vehicles, and a desire to continuously upgrade skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an automotive technician, apprentice, or lube tech.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and commit to a long-term career in the automotive industry.
- Possession of basic hand tools suitable for daily automotive repair tasks.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, and detail-driven.
