About the Role
Haema is Germany's largest private blood and plasma donation service with 40 locations, partnering with Grifols to improve global health and well-being. This role offers a new career perspective with regular working hours at our Berlin Tegel location.
Responsibilities
- Performing venipunctures for whole blood and plasma donations
- Setting up plasmapheresis devices and monitoring the donation process
- Providing professional support to donors during donation
- Assisting with potential donor reactions
- Ensuring quality and well-being throughout the donation process
Requirements
- Completed training as a geriatric care assistant, nursing assistant, health and nursing assistant, or a comparable medical or nursing qualification
- German language skills at least at B2/C1 level
- Sense of responsibility and diligence
- Teamwork skills and reliability
- Willingness to work early and late shifts between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM
- Experience in venipuncture is advantageous but not required

Salary/Compensations
- €35,000 – €41,000 gross annual salary (40h full-time, depending on qualification)
- Allowances for late shifts from 5:00 PM
