About the Role
NEXTON is recruiting a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (M/F) for a permanent position in Paris. You will join a strategic R&D innovation hub for a major client, focusing on deploying high-impact technological solutions. You'll work within an agile, multidisciplinary team in an environment with a very high delivery pace and advanced AI maturity.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications on Cloud/Serverless architectures.
- Ensure architectural rigor, code quality, and maintain a Security Champion posture.
- Utilize LLMs and code generation tools (e.g., Claude Code) daily to accelerate production.
- Provide critical review to audit, secure, and correct generated code.
- Actively participate in continuous delivery cadence (code reviews, tests, CI/CD, deployments every 2-3 days).
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Product Owners, challenging business needs.
Requirements
- Senior profile with solid experience in Full Stack JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Proficient in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS and Serverless architectures.
- Fluent English is essential for international team and environment.
- Daily practice of AI-assisted development (advanced prompting, assisted refactoring, test generation) with strong auditing and quality control capabilities.
- Culture of shipping fast and well, product-oriented pragmatism, and comfort in high-release-cadence environments.
