About the Role
As a Reservation Agent, you will manage the daily reservation workflow, contribute to achieving company goals, and ensure efficient handling of guest inquiries via phone and email. You will be responsible for accurate data entry into the PMS "OPERA Cloud" and maintaining the accuracy of the website and booking platforms. Additionally, you will coordinate with Front Office teams to fulfill guest requests and provide local recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily reservation workflow.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, politely, and efficiently.
- Accurately input all information into the PMS "OPERA Cloud".
- Ensure the website and all booking platforms are up-to-date.
- Control daily arrivals.
- Collaborate with Front Office teams to fulfill individual guest requests.
- Provide local tips for a successful stay.
Requirements
- First experiences in customer service, reception, reservations, or a comparable service-oriented environment.
- Passion for guest interaction.
Skills
- Knowledge of hotel room categories, prices, and services.
- Awareness of the industry.
- Confident communication in German and English.
- Friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with PMS "OPERA Cloud".
- Website and booking platform management.
