About the Role
PTC is seeking a passionate Product Manager to join the Creo Product Team. This role involves shaping the future of product design and manufacturing by acting as the customer's advocate and developing new products and features.
Responsibilities
- Listen and understand the customer
- Write detailed use cases and requirements
- Collaborate with the user interaction team on mockup development
- Partner with R&D throughout product development to prioritize requirements, define features, ensure quality, and deliver the product
- Review and respond to customer enhancement requests, bugs, and other product-related issues
- Develop presentation materials and contribute to go-to-market efforts
Requirements
- Professional working experience in product management or a related capacity
- Knowledge of writing Product Specifications, User Stories, and Product Requirement Documents
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to work with competing priorities
- Experience in the design and manufacturing domain
- Working knowledge of CAD, preferably Creo
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud applications and methodologies is a benefit
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 plus years of experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship
