About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support and further develop our procurement and operations processes, working at the intersection of purchasing, production, and supply chain to ensure our products are available in the right quality, at the right time, and in the right quantities. You will coordinate with production partners and suppliers, support the management of production processes, and ensure smooth operations along our value chain with internal stakeholders. This role requires organizational talent, a structured approach, a good sense of priorities, and a desire for continuous process improvement. You are interested in production, procurement, and supply chain processes, enjoy working with numbers and data, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are also eager to expand your knowledge in procurement, operations, and production planning and take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production runs at our production partners.
- Coordinate collaboration with our production partners and maintain close communication.
- Work closely with planning, purchasing, quality management, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Manage the procurement of consumables and production materials.
- Support the establishment and management of new production partners and retailers.
- Coordinate and process import and export matters.
- Assist with the creation of new articles and SKUs.
- Gradually learn and take on increasing responsibility in production planning.
Requirements
- First professional experience in purchasing, production, supply chain management, or operations.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree, e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Structured and meticulous work style, ability to maintain an overview of multiple tasks, and take initiative.
- Proficiency in working with data and numbers, with strong Excel skills.
- Enjoy coordinating processes, integrating topics, and managing multiple interfaces.
- Clear and binding communication skills, with a collaborative approach to internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with the flexibility to manage multiple parallel tasks.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
- Reside in Berlin and value regular in-person interaction at the office.
- Ideally, some experience with ERP or merchandise management systems.
- Ideally, some experience in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Willingness to take responsibility and develop expertise in production planning and other supply chain areas.
