The position is based in Ferrovial’s U.S. office in Austin, Texas, reporting to the U.S. Land and Title Manager. The Land Professional will collaborate with various internal teams and manage external consultants to advance projects while maintaining development discipline, landowner trust, commercial focus, and strong stakeholder relationships.

- Work closely with legal, development, engineering, construction, environmental, permitting, interconnection, and transmission teams to align land rights with project layouts, site plans, gen-tie routes, access needs, setback requirements, environmental constraints, constructability requirements, and commercial objectives.
- Support project acquisitions, co-development opportunities, and M&A diligence by reviewing land control status, title issues, lease terms, easement coverage, right-of-way requirements, curative items, landowner obligations, schedule risks, and key real estate assumptions.
