About the Role

As a Valuations Manager within our Valuations and Modelling team, you will undertake and manage multiple valuation assignments, communicating effectively with both clients and colleagues to ensure work is completed to a high standard and delivered on time. You will assume a significant degree of input into the planning of each valuation assignment, ensuring the firm's quality procedures are adhered to. You will be responsible for the analysis ensuring it is performed to a high standard and the findings are communicated to the project lead, draft the client deliverable to a high standard ready for review by the project lead, and share your knowledge and skills with junior colleagues through coaching and training.

Responsibilities

Undertake and manage multiple valuation assignments.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and delivered on time.
Assume a significant degree of input into the planning of each valuation assignment.
Ensure the firm's quality procedures are adhered to.
Be responsible for the analysis ensuring it is performed to a high standard.
Communicate findings to the project lead.
Draft the client deliverable to a high standard ready for review.
Share knowledge and skills with junior colleagues through coaching and training.

Requirements

Experience of undertaking valuations.
Strong analytical skills.

Understanding of legal and technical issues which may arise on a valuation.

Experience of managing subordinates on assignments.
