Responsibilities
- Own the monthly preparatory payroll process end to end for our 500+ employees in 8 European countries
- Proactively kick-off and lead projects that aim for more streamlined, scalable and efficient processes with the focus on employee experience
- Become a trusted partner and expert within the organization and especially the People Department for payroll matters
- Be the first point of contact for our employees in all payroll related questions
- Build strong and trust-based relationships with our main stakeholders across the organization and partner with functions like finance, audit as well as external partners
Requirements
- Experience in (preparatory) Payroll in a hyper-growth environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical and procedural skills
- High attention to detail, solution-oriented and advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy
- Ability to work with multiple different stakeholders at the same time
- Fluent English language skills (German would be a plus)
