About the Role
DXC is seeking a Security Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role offers the opportunity to work across various security domains, not limited to a specific area, and to learn about the latest products and services through global partnerships with major security vendors. You will collaborate with international teams to provide optimal solutions to Japanese clients without being tied to specific products, engaging in advisory, requirements definition, design, construction, and operational support based on global success stories. While previously focused on experienced professionals, the team now also emphasizes training junior and inexperienced individuals to enhance overall team capability. Those with IT infrastructure construction/operation experience looking to expand into security are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Advisory, requirements definition, design, construction, and operational support in the PAM domain.
- Organize client's privileged ID management issues, conduct requirements interviews, and support solution proposals.
- Promote projects and provide operational support in collaboration with domestic, regional, and global teams.
- Support client proposal activities and proposal document creation.
- Develop and localize security services in collaboration with software vendors.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of IT system construction or operation experience.
- Basic knowledge or construction/operation experience of IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux).
- Ability to continuously learn the latest security technologies and information.
- Communication skills to work smoothly in a multinational, remote environment.
- Ability to act proactively and make judgments and drive actions as needed.
Skills
- PAM (Privileged Access Management) solution construction/operation experience
- Knowledge/experience with PAM products such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust
- Business-level English proficiency or willingness to engage in work using English
- Security-related certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA
- Knowledge of security and audit/regulations
- ITIL and various vendor certifications
- Project leader experience
