Responsibilities
- Confirm claim details and contract terms for the extended warranty program.
- Review and scrutinize repair reports and repair details.
- Confirm and negotiate costs with repair vendors.
- Determine the eligibility and amount of insurance payouts.
- Enhance collaboration with customers and repair vendors, and improve operations.
- Manage the selection and management of repair vendors.
- Handle claims processing for the extended warranty program.
- Confirm warranty eligibility for each claim and scrutinize repair reports.
- Negotiate claim costs with repair vendors.
Requirements
- Automotive mechanic certification and practical experience in automotive repair.
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Communication skills, including telephone correspondence and negotiation.
Skills
- Service front management experience
- Qualifications related to home appliances, such as General Appliance Engineer or General Appliance Advisor.
- Knowledge of repair and structure of home appliances and equipment.
- Experience in business development/requirements definition.
- Experience in external vendor selection/management.
- Experience in personnel development/department management.
