About the Role
As an Real Estate Agent in Rentals, you will bring people and apartments together, managing the entire rental process from initial contact to lease signing. You will work in a supportive team with clear processes and ample opportunity to utilize your strengths.
Responsibilities
- Manage the rental of apartments from our portfolio, focusing on tenant support rather than sales or acquisition.
- Guide prospective tenants from their first inquiry to the lease agreement through personal, phone, and digital communication.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, presenting apartments effectively.
- Utilize digital processes for efficient and service-oriented lease agreement processing.
- Perform preliminary selections, evaluate documents, and match suitable tenants with appropriate apartments.
Requirements
- Completed training as a Real Estate Agent (m/f/d).
- Ideally, experience in residential property rentals.
- Ability to assess people, make sound decisions, and communicate clearly.
- Organized and proficient in digital processes.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and seek assistance.
