About the Role
We are a solo family practice in Deer Park, NY, offering a comfortable and supportive environment. Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a comfortable private healthcare setting away from the large systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with in person and virtual visits
- Collaborate with supervising physicians
- Provide primary healthcare services to patients ages 12+
- Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Requirements
- Mandatory at least one year experience managing your own patient panel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active NY state license
- Masters Diploma from certified Physician assistant program
- NCCPA certified

- Preferred multilingual i.e. urdu, hindi, spanish
