About the Role

As a Senior Principal Solutions Architect within the Professional Services Solutions Architecture team, you will leverage your consulting IT expertise to drive technological advancements for humanity's progress. You will collaborate closely with clients, conducting detailed analysis to design and implement new or revamped IT systems that support their strategic, operational, and financial goals.

Responsibilities

Create and lead pre-sales opportunity assessment processes, developing architecture designs, strategies, and plans.
Lead technical customer engagements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead quality assurance activities for large-scale projects.
Potentially manage staff and provide OJT/training for projects involving numerous technical personnel.
Maintain deep knowledge of Dell Technologies products, integrated features, and related environments, staying updated on industry trends.
Lead presentations to executive-level clients.

Requirements

Experience with Linux-based GPU cluster design and construction.
Knowledge of OS (Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.).
Knowledge of kernel compilation.
Basic knowledge of container applications.
Basic knowledge of security.
Infrastructure design and construction experience (3-tier structure: Servers, Network, Storage).
Experience with infrastructure management software (Zabbix, nagios, OME, etc.).
12-15 years of relevant experience in a professional role.
Advanced technical documentation skills, capable of documenting processes for clients.
Excellent customer communication skills.
Advanced understanding and application of project management concepts and methodologies.
Business English proficiency (able to conduct business and technical conversations).
Domestic business travel for customer support.
