About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to represent our Alohas boutique, bringing the customer experience to life through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling. You will build relationships with customers, support daily sales initiatives, maintain store standards, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, service-driven environment. This role may include opening and closing responsibilities and keyholder duties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating meaningful connections and providing elevated shopping experiences.
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement, strong selling behaviors, and developing product knowledge.
- Support store operations by maintaining a customer-ready environment, assisting with inventory, and completing opening/closing procedures.
- Contribute to the team by collaborating with teammates and leadership, remaining flexible, and bringing a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support store priorities and collaborate with others.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned store responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
