About the Role
This role will be part of a specialized team of over 130+ Real Estate professionals, partnering with the Property team to deliver performance management reporting, operational financial planning, and investment management analysis. You will provide financial planning and performance management for the Property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support in management reporting, including quarterly lease tracking, fund dashboards, market trend analysis and property board reporting.
- Co-own the performance management agenda for the Property division including property income, expense management and capital allocation.
- Support in the delivery of analysis that enables commercial decision making including the annual portfolio budget, lease deal analysis, preparation of Forbury modelling and research outputs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in real estate markets, valuations, and lease modelling.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in financial modelling.
- Exposure to investment analysis techniques and industry best practices.
- Experience in commercial real estate, preferably within AREIT, funds management, consulting, research, or valuations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Understanding of the importance of teamwork.
