About the Role
This is an active, fast-paced, and highly guest-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, and Madame Tussauds Sydney. You will be one of the first points of contact for guests, setting the tone for their visit.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and help start their visit on a positive note.
- Assist guests in selecting the best ticket and experience options.
- Check tickets and build excitement as guests enter attractions.
- Manage queues, crowds, and guest flow in indoor and outdoor areas.
- Support safe attraction capacities and operational procedures.
- Answer questions about attractions, Darling Harbour, and Sydney.
- Act as an ambassador for Merlin Entertainments and deliver memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Currently located in Australia at the time of application.
- Available to attend an in-person interview in Sydney in October.
- Available to work across all NSW school holidays and public holidays during the contract period.
- Availability across a mix of weekdays and weekends.
- Strong availability throughout the peak summer trading period (November 2026 to February 2027).
