Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions across digital, virtual, and face-to-face formats, from needs analysis and storyboarding through to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate complex concepts into engaging, practical, and learner-focused experiences.
  • Leverage learning technologies, AI-enabled tools, and modern instructional design practices to create scalable learning solutions that drive behaviour change and business performance.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through data, analytics, stakeholder feedback, and learner insights, using findings to optimise programs and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in instructional design and end-to-end learning solution development, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact capability programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, behavioural change methodologies, and creating engaging learner experiences that translate into measurable performance outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver learning solutions.
  • Experience using digital learning technologies, authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline & RISE), and AI-enabled solutions to design, develop, and scale learning programs.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments will be highly regarded.
  • A strong understanding of accessible learning and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience applying accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.2 AA, to learning design and development will be highly regarded.
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and visually polished learning experiences.
