About the Role

Fount is Pearl’s product for independent lawyers and small law firms, providing AI-powered tools for client acquisition and practice management. This role will build the growth marketing function for Pearl's products, with Fount as the initial priority, shaping how future products are brought to market. The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will own growth methods and performance, focusing on acquiring qualified customers, driving revenue, and understanding marketing's impact on customer relationships. For early-stage products, the role involves attracting users, gathering insights, and informing product development. This is a senior individual contributor position reporting to the VP overseeing Fount and products for professionals, collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own growth strategy and customer intelligence, including market analysis, buyer insights, competitive landscape, customer economics, and objections.
  • Co-create ideal customer profiles (ICPs), positioning, messages, offers, pricing hypotheses, and channel priorities.
  • Plan and operate two-sided demand generation across paid search and social, organic visibility, partnerships, webinars, events, referrals, thought leadership, outbound support, and product-led acquisition.
  • Concentrate spend on channels that support customer value based on professional supply, lead availability, geography, and practice area.
  • Create and distribute content, including articles, guides, customer proof, case studies, webinars, lifecycle content, and practitioner education.
  • Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages, forms, and conversion paths, defining hypotheses, audience, budget, and success metrics.
  • Build and govern the B2P acquisition lifecycle within HubSpot, including data model, segmentation, automation, scoring, and reporting.
  • Develop product marketing and sales enablement materials, such as category narratives, use cases, launch plans, and sales talking points.
  • Implement closed-loop growth analytics, connecting source data to qualified opportunities, payments, retention, and expansion.
  • Reconcile data definitions across HubSpot, product, payment, and Finance systems.
  • Maintain a reusable growth operating system, including roadmaps, campaign calendars, budgets, experiment logs, reporting, documentation, and playbooks.
  • Personally execute priority work, leveraging AI and automation, and engaging specialists when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.
  • Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle, automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement.
  • Ability to execute priority work independently in a lean environment.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to assess customer value from growth initiatives.
  • Zero-to-one operating ability: turning ambiguity into action, shipping work quickly, learning from evidence, recovering from failures, and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Clear, persuasive writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for busy professionals.
