About the Role
Responsible for ensuring that all clients/passengers are given the information they need in a professional and effective manner. This position plays a fundamental role in the quality of service that is provided to our clients/passengers.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Call customers to advise about changes or cancellations of scheduled runs.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding destinations, pricing, and schedules, while providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage cash and ensure compliance.
- Operate cash register and credit card equipment.
- Sell and process ticket orders via telephone, internet, and over the counter.
- Responsible for terminal closing procedures, including preparing cash deposits and sales reports.
- Greet visitors and follow procedures for notifying employees of their arrival.
- Assist customers with luggage identification and transfer to the luggage compartment.
- Assist passengers with luggage and loading/unloading into the cargo bay.
- Maintain cleanliness of the terminal interior and exterior, including sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, and window cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including floors, sinks, toilets, and restocking supplies.
- Stock necessary restroom supplies in vehicles.
- Assist with the cleanliness of Driver dorms in certain locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- 2 years of job-related experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Ability to exert 60-100 lbs. frequently, 25-60 lbs. occasionally, or up to 10-20 lbs. constantly.
