About the Role
Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient, and ethical manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications and stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical data and service bulletins.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Diagnose vehicle issues, advise findings, and complete authorized repairs according to manufacturer and company policy.
- Return warranty parts to the parts department and road test vehicles as needed.
- Properly document all repairs using internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation.
- Meet all flat-rate hour production-based metrics.
- Act as a leader, mentor, and trainer to Technicians, Lube Technicians, and Apprentice Technicians.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's license
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented environment preferred
- Ability to adapt and embrace change with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to act as an advocate for teammates and demonstrate a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Effective communication skills (oral, written, listening)
- Ability to work well with customers and promote a positive company image
- Ability to strive to solve customer issues
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
