About the Role
Take over founder-led operations and build the systems that help us grow. You will own our operations function, lead a small team, and join the company’s leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Own the operations roadmap, prioritizing by business impact and challenging requests where necessary.
- Manage the existing revenue operations and systems engineering specialists, and help recruit and develop additional capacity.
- Prototype, write code, connect systems, and build automations to deliver solutions.
- Ensure critical workflows have clear ownership, documentation, and sensible standards.
- Work with business teams to ensure solutions are adopted and drive improvements in delivery, information, and time savings.
Requirements
- Structured problem-solving and strong communication skills.
- Experience building solutions using code, APIs, automation, or AI tools.
- Commercial judgment, connecting operational improvements to business outcomes.
- Ability to take ownership in ambiguous environments and make progress without a complete brief.
- Readiness to lead, set priorities, give feedback, and hold a team accountable.
- Curiosity about technology and business, with a quick learning ability.
- Experience managing processes in a startup is valuable.
