About the Role

As a UX Designer, you will design user experiences with a strong focus on usability and user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into effective UX solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the design process and present UX concepts, findings, and recommendations in Dutch.

• Support stakeholder management and ensure alignment on project requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong experience with User Experience Design and User Research.
• Excellent communication skills, preferably in Dutch.
• Experience collaborating with and managing stakeholders.
• A good understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research.
• Ability to develop user-centered design solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Dutch.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
