About the Role

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will act as Victor Lugger's executor, thought partner, and proxy, working alongside him in London. You will translate the CEO's priorities into company-wide results, ranging from preparing investor Q&As and stress-testing roadmaps to launching new product lines. This role offers direct collaboration with a serial founder on critical business topics, exposure to all company functions, and the opportunity to shape the company's operating rhythm during a key growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO's thought partner, assisting with prioritization, trade-off framing, and high-stakes call preparation.
  • Build analyses to support CEO decisions on adoption, product bets, and business performance.
  • Own the company operating system, including the cadence of leadership forums, OKR setting/tracking, and innovation cycles.
  • Act as the CEO's proxy in meetings and workstreams, ensuring accountability and information flow.
  • Prepare investor and board materials, including drafting Q&As and pre-reads.
  • Pressure-test the company plan by challenging product roadmaps and sales quotas with data.
  • Lead high-priority projects from idea to launch across Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Design and execute leadership offsites, including content creation and outcome implementation.
  • Manage logistics to protect the CEO's time and focus on key priorities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience at a fast-growing startup, a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in investment banking/private equity.
  • Sharp analytical skills to translate messy data and ambiguous questions into clear recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building something, owning an outcome end-to-end, or thriving without a playbook.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust quickly, read a room, and work effectively with senior leaders.
  • Ego-free and resilient, capable of taking direct, high-tempo feedback and staying focused on outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Based in London with the ability to work in person with the CEO.
  • Right to work in the UK required.
