About the Role
This is a hands-on engineering role for builders who thrive in fast-moving environments. We're looking for senior developers who can take ideas from concept to production while working across the full technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications supporting client and deal management workflows
- Build modern full-stack solutions from frontend through backend services and data platforms
- Integrate generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation capabilities into business applications
- Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and data-driven solutions
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and rapidly deliver innovative solutions
- Build proof-of-concepts and transform them into enterprise-grade applications
- Leverage Snowflake and modern data architectures to power analytics and AI experiences
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to solve complex problems
- Drive innovation through experimentation, continuous learning, and adoption of emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on Java development experience
- Experience building full-stack enterprise applications
- Experience working with Snowflake and large-scale data environments
- Experience developing AI-enabled, machine learning, or Generative AI applications
- Strong understanding of API development, system integration, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience developing scalable, production-grade solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
