About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Grill Cook who can handle a high-volume station while maintaining consistency, quality, timing, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proteins to requested temperatures and established specifications
- Operate and maintain the grill station safely and efficiently
- Coordinate timing with other stations to ensure complete tables are ready together
- Maintain proper product rotation, storage, labeling, and temperature controls
- Complete station prep before service
- Monitor portions, quality, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Communicate clearly with the culinary team throughout service
- Follow all food-safety and sanitation requirements
Requirements
- Previous grill experience in a professional kitchen is strongly preferred
- Understand meat temperatures, proper handling techniques, timing, organization, and the importance of consistency
