About the Role
As a GTM Operations Business Partner, you will be the operational partner to sales leaders and reps, ensuring clarity, structure, and clean data during company scaling. You will lead strategic GTM projects end-to-end, collaborating with Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering to develop scalable processes and tools. This generalist role will evolve to encompass other GTM priorities such as compensation, planning, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic GTM projects end to end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through rollout and adoption, with territory management as a core example
- Own territory design and coverage, building whitespace analysis and coverage models that keep reps focused on the right accounts
- Operationalize the territory playbook, including territory rules of engagement (ROE), and partner with Sales leadership to resolve ownership questions quickly
- Partner with Revenue Systems to add new accounts to the book on a regular cadence and assign them to the right territories
- Partner with GTM Engineering and Revenue Systems to keep territory data accurate and enriched, and to improve CRM workflows, account routing, and lead assignment logic
- Act as the day-to-day business partner to sales leaders and reps, fielding questions and turning them into clear answers
- Build and maintain the reporting and dashboards that give sales leaders visibility into territory health, ownership, and engagement
- Run the operating cadences that keep GTM teams aligned, prepping materials, tracking action items, and keeping the rhythm disciplined
- Build scalable systems and tools that make GTM operations easier across Sales and Post-Sales
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, and Finance to keep account data, coverage models, and reporting definitions aligned
- Take on additional GTM priorities as the role grows, including compensation, planning, and analytics
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that help GTM leadership make faster, better-informed calls
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in GTM, revenue, or sales operations, ideally with hands-on experience in territory design and operations
- Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and a genuine interest in finding patterns and opportunities in data
- A natural business partner who builds trust quickly with sales leaders and reps and can translate data into a clear recommendation
- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable owning operating cadences and keeping cross-functional work on track
- Thrives in ambiguity with a 0-to-1 mindset, and is energized by building structure, processes, and tools where none exist yet
- Excellent communicator who thrives working across Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, and Finance
