About the Role
m&h is seeking a passionate project manager capable of supporting our team and ever-evolving clients, in an environment that allows for daily challenges.
Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned clients’ print and digital projects.
- Establish priorities according to deadlines and assign projects to a team of graphic designers and artists.
- Follow up with clients and the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster a partnership of confidence and act as a consultant for clients.
- Take part in production meetings and analyze client mandates.
- Prepare estimates, launch projects, and carry out invoicing.
- Play a proactive role in problem resolution.
- Monitor project costs and propose proactive solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- Related university or college education.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role.
- Positive leadership and team player attitude.
- Strong communication skills and client relationship management.
- Adaptability to various situations and ability to work independently.
- High level of organization and effective time and priority management.
- Discipline and attention to detail.
- Agency/studio experience (an asset).
- Familiarity with Mac graphic design software (an asset).
