About the Role
This role supports ICs and employees across Global Travel Collection UK Ltd, focusing on inquiries, training, and problem-solving related to finance systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Offboarding ICs
- Maintaining Advisor OS for UK ICs
- Training new and existing ICs on Finance systems
- Training finance team employees on new systems or processes
- Responding to IC commission statement queries promptly
- Establishing good relationships with ICs and the finance department
- Assisting the finance team with ad hoc IC requests
- Implementing and testing new software or processes
Requirements
- Logical mind and ability to work well with numbers
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literacy and ability to use various specialist applications
- Competence in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
- Good administrative skills
- Organized and methodical approach to working
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Honest and discreet attitude when dealing with company accounts
- Willingness to undertake professional development
- Ability to work to deadlines

Salary/Compensations
